Christ Almighty! That's just what I'd expect from that dirtbag. He's aiming to do from within what no armed enemy of the United States has EVER been able to do.

Yep our Kenyan/Malaysian/Manchurian candidate was either afraid or ashamed of mixing with those heroes.

I recently went to a gun show. I have never seen that kind of turn out in the last 5 years. I am concerned with our "leaders" of this great nation and what is to come. We as United States citizen are going to have to take a stand and say "NO", whether anyone wants to believe it or not what has happened in other countries is going to happen here. I agree education is very very important. I dont know if anyone else as checked it out or seen the articles and videos, but apparently the government is putting 20,000 US troops on US soil for "security" purposes. They have been training soldiers in towns for urban combat. I fear what is to come, with the economy and the laws being passed down. Just be prepared, the US Constitution gives us the right.

I totally agree with you on teaching our kids about guns. Both my kids have been shooting since they were 7 years old. They know a gun is not a toy & if they ever come across a gun they know what to do. I would trust my 16 years old son over most people I see at the shooting ranges & my 13 year old daughter is about the same. See isn't into shooting as much as her brother. But when we do go shooting she is as qualified to handle & shoot EVERYTHING in my gun collection.

Gun control is a very sticky subject. There are so many ifs and buts in there that no one can have a perfect yes or no to it. What I think is ... guns are like everything else in the world that we use. Anything we have, we can use as a weapon. Education is the key to safe gun control. Hide your guns so your kids can't get them!!! ABSOLUTELY not!! .. EDUCATE your children in safe gun handling and their dangers. EDUCATION EDUCATION EDUCATION!! If a child just sees guns on tv.. that is all he is going to think about a gun .. use it to kill someone .. but if you teach him differently, they cannont make an uneducated decision to use it unwisely. Children are smarter than people think .. give them a little more credit than "hide it and maybe they will never know.," RIGHT... they know it all. It's just like everyhting else, teach them right and wrong .. and more than likely, they will not make the wrong decision. It's completely on the parent. Take the time with your children to teach them everything. Parenting = Time .. if you don't have the time.. don't produce children. As for gun control on the streets .. we will never control that. Yes, keep your guns locked up .. that can and will make a small difference .. but a criminal will always get what he wants however he can... It's like the fight on drugs.. pretty much a waste of time and money because no matter how hard we fight it .. people are going to make the ignorant decison to buy them however and where ever they can.

I will always stand up for the right to own a gun, definitely one of my more conservative tendencies. Along with fiscal responsibility, but that's a whoooole other rant...

One thing that would be amusing about national laws is that the libs who are trying to argue that the 2nd Amendment doesn't apply to state and local government would have no argument anymore. If all the gun laws were federal, that would actually be a victory for gun owners at this point hehe.

Most of the guns I have. The government doesn't know where they are because they were already in the family collection & I didn't need to be re-registered in California. I was told by a DOJ agent that I should do a volintary registratin on them( at $15 per gun), but it wasn't required. So as far as they know I have 3 guns. If they try to pull some gun ban laws. I have places where they will never find them & I will not have to dig a hole ! ! !

The collection had 83 gun when I first got it in the estate settlement. I have sold off half of them. But the other half are in my safe , tucked away where they are nice & secure.

Obama might try to pull something to get rid of the guns. But it will be a up hill battle for him , as long as we all join the NRA , & let our elected officals know how we feel.

WHEN THEY OUTLAW GUNS ,ONLY THE OUTLAWS WILL HAVE GUNS

I think we gun owners need to start looking for a damn good place to hide our guns! I totally agree with you (and admire your collection) but I am reminded of something I saw on television recently. A man from Australia (I believe) was talking about his inherited gun collection, and how it was forcibly taken away from him due to gun control legislation. The man had never fired the guns and did not intend to do so, but it didn't stop his government from taking them away. Things are going to change here in the good ole' USA and it AIN'T going to be for the better. I personally wouldn't list my guns on the internet, cause I'll be too busy digging holes to hide them in.

Keep posting and God bless the NRA!
